Sunspace Thermadeck floor systems consists of panels with 3.5", 5.5" and 7.25"core of insulation sandwiched between two 1/2" Oriented Strand Board (OSB), giving Thermadeck a 25% better insulated rating than conventional flooring construction. Thermadeck eliminates costly foundation work and can accommodate hardwood, laminates, carpet, tile and most any type of flooring.

Why use Thermadeck?

• Reduced labor costs, high level insulation. Framing, insulation and vapor barrier all manufactured at Sunspace, delivered on site via the local dealer for immediate installation.
• Thermal decks have been ULC tested and proven to be as much as two times stronger than 2x4 and 2x6 wood frame construction. 
• Can any type of flooring be used on top of the Thermadeck? Yes! Carpeting, laminate or hardwood. Your choice of flooring can be added!
