Dear Steve, Helen and Paul:

We just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we appreciate all your hard work in the completion of our new four season sunroom in time for Christmas.  Thank you.

Since deciding to put a sunroom on the back of our house near the end of October, we knew that the timing would be tight in order for it to be completed in time for Christmas.  A variance and building permit had to be applied for, the sunroom had to be designed and drawings had to be completed, a Committee of Adjustments meeting had to be attended, a deck had to be built and most of all two inexperienced customers had to have their hands held.  The Sunspace team looked after everything! 

A special thank you to the installers, Dave and Andy, who worked through snow and cold weather and worked weekends in order to get our room finished in time for Christmas.  These two guys are professional, hard working and a pleasure to deal with.  The work on the back of our house took a little over a week and each day after Dave and Andy finished working, everything was cleaned up.  Even when the bay window was taken out of our dining room and the garden doors were installed, there really was minimal mess.

Thank you Sunspace, our sunroom turned out to be a beautiful addition to our home!  Already, we spend more time out there than in the rest of our house. 

It has been a pleasure to deal with your company, your professionalism and hard work at a very busy time of year is really appreciated.

After only two days of having requested a minor sealing repair in some areas, you had an excellent, friendly service person by the nickname of TimBo on the job, who discovered more areas to be resealed. He used expensive material and worked hard. He could hardly find the time to finish a cup of coffee I had brewed for him. He also spoke highly of you in his personal employer and employees’ relationship assessment. Hang onto this man. He is good.

You are welcome to use this letter as a reference when acquiring potential customers. We will verify it.
