Sunspace is a family owned and operated business that has been active in the construction industry since 1958 and has been manufacturing sunrooms since 1990.

Not only does Sunspace provide quality sunrooms to a dealer network in excess of 150 companies across Canada and the United States, but also we have operated a successful retail business in the Durham Region for the past 9 years. 

Sunspace will design, manufacture and install a custom designed sunroom that best suits your needs.

We offer a full range of products – custom made to suit individual needs:

We are in good standing with Workers’ Compensation (Clearance Certificate is available upon request), and carry $2,000,000.00 liability insurance.  Sunspace is an associate member of the OPCA and members of The Clarington Board of Trade.

We are fully staffed throughout the entire year and all units are manufactured in our own building in Courtice, Ontario.
